The Villa’s and Share accommodation
Rooms at the Village are furnished with a Double or Queen sized bed, bedside table, wardrobe, study desk and chair and ceiling fan – a selection of A rooms have upgraded to Queen size beds. Share houses have a range of rooms from Single bedrooms sharing bathroom facilities to Queen rooms with private ensuite.
Each villa is furnished with a lounge suite or sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, electric Cooktop and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer or cloths-line, or both.

Your bedroom will have a double bed (limited queen beds in A rooms), bedside table/drawers, built in robe and desk and study chair.

You will need to bring all of your linen (towel, sheets, pillows, blankets, etc). New or quality used (& freshly laundered) Linen Packs can be ordered and available on arrival. Fully fitted Mattress protectors are mandatory, you can supply your own or purchase on from reception when checking in.

Meals are not provided, however there is an IGA supermarket, several takeaway and dine-in restaurants, Baker and Butcher etc 200m down the road next to us.

A Discount store, Joyce Mayne, Woolworths Supermarket, Banks, Post Office, newsagency and a host of specialty shops are approximately a 1.5km away – 10 minute walk from the Village.

Televisions are not provided in all units – TV points are provided in the lounge room and some bedrooms.

Students staying in the A room have a private ensuite bathroom and exclusive use of the attached single lock-up garage with roller door.
